Hi,

I’m sure everybody is familiar with games that change their themes to match the season, holiday, or huge events like the Olympics. Looking at the Tactical Map Beta, it doesn’t look like there would be “themes” or “seasons” in-game. It doesn’t look like there will be any snow on the map in the Winter, or colors changing with the changing of the leaves, or weather effects.

But there are a few things I can see in the future of the Tactical Map. Perhaps our drones may turn into a robotic reindeer. Maybe there will be Easter Eggs scattered around the map that we have to harvest from POIs, which can be traded in at the end of the event for prizes! I can see “pieces of candy” displayed around the map that can be harvested (if you dare), revealing either a trick or a treat! Although the Tactical Map is supposed to look… well… tactical, I think that the developers (and players) can have a bit of fun in there.

What do you guys think about the Tactical Map or the First Person Shooter mode having themes or in-game events?
