What is the deal with scouting budget? I have no packages active, but my expenditure shows 150k in half a season in league one! I'm not even getting any new recommendations it's just the same players over and over each month, and I almost never send them to scout players outside my range. I can no longer scout players in range as I have no budget. Why is it costing so much money for so little reward just to scout players in my own region? How can I gain control over this?
